Shepherd's Whey Creamery

Shepherd’s Whey Creamery is a family owned farm, dairy, and creamery in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia, established in 2012 after receiving their Grade A dairy certification. The Behrmann family has been raising goats and producing goat-dairy products since 2003 with a focus on wholesome food and simple lifestyle. They run a mini-store on the farm and sell products locally at farmers markets, restaurants, and specialty stores, including year-round at Dupont Circle farmers market.
